Whether you're hosting a corporate lunch, a family reunion, a wedding rehearsal dinner, a school event, or a Thanksgiving spread that's out of your home kitchen's league — Bill Miller catering can handle it. We've been feeding Texas gatherings since 1953, and we've got the logistics figured out.
Catering orders range from a single 15-piece fried chicken pack ($34.45) up to full multi-tray spreads for 100+ guests. Give us 48 hours notice for larger events; smaller orders can go in same-day with a phone call.

Holiday Meals
Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter — Bill Miller does big-day home-style dinners. Smoked turkey breasts, whole pecan pies, pinto beans by the gallon and enough French bread to feed a church. Call your local store the week before to lock in holiday availability; some items sell out.
How Much To Order?
Plan ½ lb BBQ per adult with sides, ⅓ lb if fried chicken is also on the menu. Kids eat about half a portion. For drinks, one bucket of tea per 8 adults.
How Far In Advance?
Same-day for orders under 20 people. 48 hours for 20–100. One week for holiday events and 100+ person spreads.
Pickup Or Delivery?
Most catering is pickup. Some locations offer delivery for an additional fee — ask your local store.
Payment
Cash, card, and corporate accounts accepted. Larger events may require a deposit.
