The Two-Meat Sweet Spot
Adding a second meat is $4.70 more than the Regular Plate — a worthwhile upgrade if you're eating heartily or you want variety. The classic is brisket + sausage ("the Wild Bill combo, but on a plate"), but ribs + brisket is also extremely respected among regulars.
Second Meat Recommendations
Already getting brisket? Add sausage for peppery contrast, or ribs for textural contrast. If you're getting turkey, pair with chicken for the lighter eater.
