What Makes This Sausage Different

Our sausage is the same link that shows up on the BBQ plates — coarse-ground, pepper-forward, hickory-smoked. For the taco, we chop it into crumbles so every bite has sausage in it. Most chain breakfast tacos use a generic cooked-patty sausage; ours is pit sausage, which is why you get that smoky depth no other chain matches.
